The Revolution is excited to announce coaching staff and senior management for the upcoming 2018-2019 season.
The front office staff has over 40 years of combined management and coaching experience at the youth, junior, and pro levels of hockey. The coaching staff is committed to the positive development of each member of their teams both on and off the ice. Each member of the coaching staff was hand-picked by the management team for their commitment to their players and to the program. Each coach has their own unique coaching style suited for the age level and players they will oversee this season.
CHRIS KANALY
PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER
Chris Kanaly is the outspoken and fierce leader of the Revolution program. He has a passion for the game and for the program that is second-to-none. Coming into his tenth season with the organization, Kanaly has over 20 years of coaching and managing experience from the youngest levels of youth hockey up through the professional level.
Over his 10 years with the Revolution, he has changed the culture of the program to one that focuses on player development and advancement. He has helped over 100 players advance to college and pro hockey. His leadership has brought upon a following of coaches and players that proudly wear the red, white, and black.
GEOFF BEAUPARLANT
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Geoff Beauparlant enters his second season with the Revolution. He has over 20 years of coaching experience and he joined the program for the 2017-18 season after nine years of managing and coaching at the professional, junior, and youth levels.
During his 6 years in the NAHL, he helped over 75 players advance to college hockey and was the director of player personnel and assistant coach of the Fairbanks Ice Dogs when they won the Tier II JR A National Championship in 2011. He holds an MBA in Athletic Administration and Sport Management and is currently the General Manager of the home of the Revolution, the Revolution Ice Gardens (The RIG).

JON ROGGER
HEAD COACH - EHL PREMIER JR. A
Jon will be entering his third season as bench boss for the Revolution EHL Premier Jr. A team. In his first two seasons, Jon has coached the team to back-to-back franchise records in franchise history.
Prior to joining the program, Rogger was the Assistant Coach for the Bloomington Thunder of the USHL. He made his mark in the coaching community with over nine years in the USHL and NAHL. His past head coaching experiences came with the Des Moines Buccaneers of the USHL and Amarillo Bulls of the NAHL. He also won the USHL’s Clark Cup Championship on two different occasions as the Assistant Coach of the Green Bay Gamblers.
CRAIG CAMPAGNOLIO
HEAD COACH - U18 ELITE
Craig begins his first year as a bench boss for the Revolution. He joins the club after spending 5 years with the Mercer Chiefs organization as their U18 Head Coach. He brings over 20 years of coaching experience to the Revolution. He got his coaching start with the Duke University Hockey Club in 1997. Through his personal and professional experiences, he looks to instill the basic fundamentals and systems allowing each player to become a dedicated student of the game. He believes using the game to teach the game will enable his players to tap into their individual passion for hockey. He believes in accountability and demands it from his players. He constantly works to help his players develop as young men and as hockey players.
JOE HOUK
HEAD COACH - U16 ELITE
Joe enters his fifth season with the Revolution and holds the longest tenure with the club next to Kanaly. He has over thirty years of coaching youth hockey in the Philadelphia area. He has seen many of his players find success at the collegiate and professional levels including his son, Joe, who plays for the Greenville Swamp Rabbits in the ECHL. Hockey truly is a family affair for the Coach Joe, and he creates the same family atmosphere with his players.
JOHN SERAVALLI
HEAD COACH - 2004 ELITE
John will be entering his third season with the Revolution and will continue to lead the 2004 team. He has over 20 years of coaching experience and since 2006, he has been the Assistant Coach for Philadelphia high school hockey powerhouse Holy Ghost Preparatory School.
ANTHONY PRETE
HEAD COACH - 2005 ELITE
Anthony will be entering his 2nd season as a Head Coach of the Revolution and will continue to lead the 2005 team. He brings several
years of coaching youth hockey to the team where player development and teaching fundamentals is at the forefront of Anthony’s coaching philosophy.
STEVE ROSSI
HEAD COACH - 2006 ELITE
Steve will enter his first season with the Revolution. He is a USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach who has spent many years coaching with the Old York Road (OYR) Raiders. He was influential in growing the hockey program at OYR for the past seven years. In 2016-2017 he helped lead the Squirt AA team to a Silver Stick Regional Championship and a berth in the International Silver Stick Championships In Sarnia Ontario. Steve has also helped run clinics for inner city youth dating back to 1994.
His passion for hockey has driven him to pass on his knowledge, experience and love of the game to the next generation. Steve's coaching philosophy is to focus on attributes such as developing a strong work ethic, discipline, learning from your mistakes and being a good teammate. He places a high emphasis on skill development while teaching concepts and always promoting dedication and commitment to the team.
Steve grew up in Philadelphia playing hockey throughout his youth. He attended Bloomsburg University where he played for the ice hockey club team from 1990-1994.
JR RAEBIGER & ERICH RAYHER
CO-HEAD COACHES - 2007 ELITE
JR will be entering his first season as a head coach of the Revolution. JR spent the last 8 years coaching youth travel and middle school hockey in the Philadelphia area. He has experience running camps and clinics focusing on skating and skill development. He is a proponent of emphasizing the development of fundamentals for every individual player.
Erich joins the Revolution Elite program after 7 years in the Revolution Youth Tier II program where he currently holds the position of Vice President. He is currently the assistant coach for Central Bucks South High School and the JV Head Coach. He has served as a coach in the Revolution Family since its inception. He believes in the long-term development of each player and the importance of skill development at the younger age levels. His experience and knowledge of the game and of the players in both programs is an asset for the organization.
WES MALLON
HEAD COACH – 2008 / 2009 ELITE
Wes is a level 3 USA Hockey Coach who has over 4 years of coaching in the Revolution program. He was the head coach of our 2009 Mite Program in 2017-18. He believes in the long-term development of each player and his practices include all-around skill development and game situations while growing his players’ love for the game.
