Should body-checking actually be taught early?

I was asked by some coaches in a LinkedIn hockey group to address this topic.  And, while I believe it's so, I'm asking for some input from coaches and parents -- on their beliefs, on their questions, and on what they might like to see me address in that article.  So, if you can help with some feedback here...
